Welcome to Side by Side Psychology. For new clients, you are encouraged to contact Reception to inquire about waiting periods and being placed on our waiting list for either an Assessment or Therapy-as these waiting lists have been developed and are monitored separately.
Once you have been offered an appointment which you have accepted, you will be sent an e-Form to complete prior to your appointment time. At you in-person or Telehealth session, your psychologist will also go through this form with you, to ensure you understand the content and the terms of service you have agreed to. It will include information about:
- the level of agreement regarding the session,
- Invoicing, payments and cancellation expectations
- Contact and Emergency Contact details
- And Confidentiality constraints
