The Client Relations Team consists of our Reception Staff Members that are virtual based in Melbourne, Victoria. Their role is to warmly welcome you to the practice and ensure that your experience is as easy as it can be; whether that be on the telephone booking in appointments for you or answering questions about appointments and other group programs.
They are available to answer questions with regards to session costs, referral and assessment types and they will endeavour to be a supportive link between the practice and your therapist.
